The scent of simmering Tomato Florentine Soup, Red Lentil Soup and Vegetarian Split Pea Soup filled the downstairs community room this past Saturday, March 28, 2026. Over 20 community members gathered at the library in the downstairs community room for a chance to share a meal, enjoy a film (When Harry Met Sally) and connect.

A BIG THANK YOU to Friends of the Library for hosting this fun and delicious event! Not only did they provide and serve the homemade soups, but they also provided rolls, desserts and water (infused with cucumbers, and lemons/limes/oranges). The smiles, laughter and full bellies of the community members displayed the fun and success of this event.
