**House on Fire by Joseph Finder. In this fast paced thriller, PI Nick Heller is hired to investigate a powerful pharmaceutical company. An interesting, timely plot with family intrigue, drugs & opioids. Suspenseful–Action.
**Dutch House by Ann Patchett is an even paced story about Danny and his sister Maeve – They have have it all— big old house, money, loving father —all that’s missing is their mother. When their father dies, they are told to leave the house they grew up in by their stepmother.   Good read; quirky characters.  Also in audio book read by Tom Hanks.
**Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides . Alicia Berenson, artist, and her husband, Gabriel, are a happy, loving couple.  So then why did she shoot him-five times in the face??  Now she cannot talk. Dr. Theo Faber psychotherapist wants to work with Alicia.  Chilling, tension filled thriller. This is on e-book.
**Mrs. Everything by Jennifer Weiner This was great  a read—love the characters, tomboy Jo and girly Bethie. A story about how women’s roles have changed since the 1950’s. This is both heart wrenching & funny. You laugh…. you cry. Loved It!!!
