There are local driving schools that offer a Virtual Online 5 Hour Pre-Licensing Course.

Louie’s Auto Driving School on 153 Temple Hill Road (Ste 3) in New Windsor, NY is one school that offers it every Saturday at 10am. They require pre- registration in person with your permit and $50 in cash. You will then receive the zoom link for the class.
